At just over 5,000 square feet the Villa has ample space for large groups and families. With three living areas, an oversized pool, open plan living, kitchen and dining area, Casa Bri-Bri provides space to escape but still feel part of your group.
While only 250 metres from absolute beachfront Casa Bri-Bri still boasts amazing views of the majestic Pacific, Cabo Blanco Nature reserve and the beautiful green canopy below.
With the added bonus of a TV Room that can double as a fifth bedroom, Casa Bri-Bri is the perfect choice for groups of five to ten people.

The Joya Villas are located in North Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. Designed by award-winning architect, Benjamin Garcia Saxe, the Joya Villas are contemporary designs for tropical modern living. Each Villa design is focused on airflow, seamless indoor and outdoor living, but most of all the majestic Pacific views and the natural surrounding beauty.
