OUR LOCATION
Located in North Santa Teresa we are just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town yet still have the convenience of three amazing restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance.

Designed by award-winning architect, Benjamin Garcia Saxe, the Joya Villas are contemporary designs for modern tropical living. Each Villa design was focused on airflow, seamless indoor and outdoor living, but most of all, the natural surrounding beauty.
